Calculator inputs: The values you enter into our calculators (home value, income, loan details, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. This data is never sent to, stored on, or accessible by our servers.

If you use the optional address lookup feature, your address is sent to Rentcast (rentcast.io) to retrieve an estimated home value. Please review Rentcast's privacy policy for details on how they handle address data. We do not store your address after the lookup is completed.
HomeMath is served over HTTPS. We do not maintain a user account system or store sensitive personal or financial data on our servers. The primary data we hold is email addresses of rate alert subscribers, which are stored securely via our email service provider.
HomeMath is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
